Fusing concepts found in House, Disco, Hip Hop and Breakdance this class explores the groove in all of us. Set to a soundtrack of bumping beats and soul music, the class begins with a series of warm up movements and basic steps. We then start moving across the floor, slowly combining this new vocabulary. Each class will end with a combination. Everyday the vocabulary will be expanded with new exciting moves. Get ready to bop, slide and bounce. Groove is dedicated to the love of dancing. This class can be modified for any level.
