"There Is No Business Like
Show Business" or "Neue kroatische Kunst"
is musical-dramatical staging of a bit pretentious title and unarticulated
idea on what should be the new Croatian art. Except that it may
sound good. We permitted ourselves this freedom in the title as
we were motivated by the irrefutable fact that, among Croats,
there has never been as much unity about one syntagm, which is:
"There is no business like show business". As
we do not, by any means, wish to disturb this hardly obtained
unity, we cannot say anything but this:
Ladies and gentlemen, "Show must go on!"
